Basic Practical Organic Chemistry
for the degree programme
Sustainable Chemistry (module SCOC2)
In this practical course, which is only offered in the summer semester, the focus is on the synthesis of organic compounds. The previously acquired knowledge of the separation, purification and characterisation of organic compounds is deepened and a deeper understanding of the lecture material is achieved through independent experimentation, recording and evaluation.
The experiments to be carried out are prepared and followed up in the accompanying seminar.
